UK Shipping Rates
I offer 1st Class shipping on all UK orders, with the following rates based on the value of your order:

• Orders up to £10: £2.95

• Orders between £10–£25: £4.95

• Orders between £25–£50: £6.95

• Orders between £50–£75: £7.95

• Orders between £75–£100: £10.00

• Orders between £100–£150: £15.00

• Orders between £150–£200: £20.00

• Orders over £200: FREE

​​Dispatch & Shipping Information
All orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 48 hours of purchase. To ensure your order arrives safely and promptly, I use Royal Mail’s 1st Class service for standard deliveries, and a ‘Signed For’ option for higher-value items, providing extra peace of mind throughout the delivery process.

I strive to use eco-friendly materials wherever possible to ensure your products are both well-protected and aligned with my commitment to sustainability. This includes using recycled or recyclable packaging to minimize our environmental footprint and ensure your order arrives with care and consideration for the planet.

Delivery Times

• 1st Class: Typically arrives within 1-2 working days.

• Tracked 24 / Signed For: Typically arrives within 1 working day.

Please bear in mind that I’m a small independent business, not Amazon, so orders may take up to 48 hours to be dispatched. While I aim to send out your order as quickly as possible, delivery times are estimates and can depend on when I’m able to pack and ship your items. Rest assured, I will send your order as soon as I’m able, and I appreciate your patience and understanding.

Separate Shipping for Different Products

• Greeting Cards, Paintings, and Other Items: These will be shipped directly from my art studio in Chichester, West Sussex. Please note that they may arrive separately from other items you order.

• Giclee Prints: Giclee prints are handled by a fine art giclee printing publisher in London and may be dispatched via a courier service. These will also be sent separately from your other items.

International Orders
For international orders, wholesale inquiries, or any other special requests, please email us directly. We’ll be happy to assist you with tailored shipping options and pricing.

Workshops and Events
I know life can be unpredictable. While I don’t offer refunds for workshops or events, I’ll do my best to reschedule if you need to change your plans. Please reach out, and we’ll find a new date that works for you.
